'The Railway Children'
'I thoroughly enjoyed the production of The Railway Children. All the children that performed were fantastic. They did not 'bumble' their words, or fumble their lines, so expressive, eloquent and supported each other. They all are our future thespians.'
'Ten Times Table'
……….what a great show, Christine and myself really enjoyed it and look forward to the next production.
'Mystery at Graycoat Manor School'
Looking for a fun night out? Then look no further than an evening with The Wilstead Players, for a Murder Mystery who-dunnit!! A table for six friends at a very reasonable price per person, usually includes a meal, or join another table. A great way to meet and make new friends.
Pit your wits against the cast of many and see if you can work out who did it and why!!! The cast are all amateurs who share a love of the theatre. Their passion and sense of fun is infectious!!
We certainly had a very good evening, an enjoyable meal, a bar and great company so what more can you ask for.
So, look out for the next Wilstead Players' production, sit back, be entertained and enjoy.

I don’t know where you found your ‘Shelley’ but don’t lose her now whatever you do!”
“Pace was good throughout and accents very believable.”
“I didn’t even realise at first that Joe and Barry were played by the same person and it takes a lot to fool me!”
“Even the costumes were just right and not too perfect for the big day.”
“Effects were terrific, the fish packing came over very well indeed. The projections added a very good atmosphere and again were very well done” from a letter written by the wife of the founder member of the Players .
“The Irish accent was perfect and would have passed off in Dublin any day.” Comment to our jockey from an ex-resident of Cork
“We had a wonderful evening. We met our friends after their pre-show meal at the Woolpack. The entertainment was first class. The only disappointment was that your show was not better supported by the village.” A lady who called at the Box Office
“A great production. I never once stopped believing in the characters to think that this was an amateur production.” A Saturday audience member
